Client Success Specialist Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead the execution of a comprehensive Support Account Plan, Proactive Communication Plan, and Account Governance Model in collaboration with the Customer and Account Team.
  • Collaborate with Support Account Team tretain existing Support revenues.
  • Collaborate with Sales teams tidentify, develop and close sales leads that increase customer support contract base.
  • Advise customer on risk mitigation strategies and ensure that customer is using available tools and processes; drive support automation and effective use of support process; improve adoption of latest releases of products.
  • Drive increased customer satisfaction with Oracle in general, and Support specifically; identify and mitigate areas of concern.

Qualifications for the Client Success Specialist Job

  • 4 year degree in related field or relevant professional experience in Sales and/or account management
  • Customer services experience and demonstrated ability building successful customer relationships
  • Proven experience managing large and/or complex customers and projects
  • Strong communication skills (written, listening, and speaking)
  • Advanced business acumen and cross functional personal skills
