JOB ADVERTISEMENT FOR: QUALITY CONTROL ASSISTANT

We are a manufacturing company based in Athi River; Machakos County.

Responsibilities

• Testing for I.R for all composite samples.
• Testing for L.O.I for all dispatched samples.
• Testing for L.O.I and I.R for all raw materials.
• To pick and test residues on hourly basis for both mills (when on shift, for quality control).
• To pick all incoming raw materials samples, prepare them for analysis and moisture test.
• To pick all dispatched samples.
• Updating all the data on both soft and hard copies.
• Residues test for all composite samples.
• In charge of housekeeping in Chemical Lab and general Lab housekeeping.
• And any other duties that may be assigned.

Qualifications

• Certificate/Diploma in Analytical Chemistry or any other related field.
• A minimum of Three (3) years’ experience.
• Experience in the Cement industry will be an added advantage.
