Responsibilities

• Collect data for the design of water and sewerage infrastructure at the Sub-County level
• Carrying out feasibility studies, survey and design of water and sewerage infrastructure at the sub-county level
• Supervise implementation of water and sewerage infrastructure at the sub-county level
• Responsible for efficient, economical and prudent use of government resources allocated to the sub-county
• Monitor and evaluate water and sewerage programs at the sub-county
• Prepare drawings, bills of quantities and tender documents for projects at the sub-county
• Supervise staff under him to achieve annual targets
• Submission of monthly, quarterly and annual project reports to the director water

Qualifications    

• Bachelor of Science in-Civil Engineering or Water Engineering
• Certificate in CAD, Auto CAD, QCAD
• Certificate in computer application packages
