Vacant Position: Business Development and HR Assistant

Reporting to: Business & Operations Manager

Job Summary: Optim Systems Limited is looking for Business Development and HR Assistant to carry out business development and HR activities in the organization.

The candidate should be a self-starter, and ready to hold a position with following responsibility and duties.

Main Responsibilities

  • Proper understanding of the HR process
  • Experience in tendering and proposal writing
  • Good experience in use of social media marketing
  • Experience in sales and marketing within a service industry
  • Ability to write, edit and proofread proposal and marketing materials
  • Conversant with Online writing
  • Proficiency in MS word & excel
  • Ability to design marketing material is an added advantage.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

  • Degree in Human Resource Management or CHRP
  • Diploma in Marketing or Business Administration related field is an added advantage.
  • K.C.S.E B –
  • At least 1 years’ experience in HR or business related field.
  • Understanding of human resource management processes
  • Good interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Sales Acumen and Negotiation skill
  • Online marketing skill
  • High level of self-drive
