Job Title: Business Development / Client Service Analyst

Reports To: BAM & Head of Distribution

We are seeking highly motivated, self-directed, team players to fill the position of business development/client service analyst.

Job Purpose:

Develop and implement initiatives to improve customer services within the sales and distribution centre by managing a busy front office and customer service area.

Duties and Responsibilitie: Business Development / Client Service Analyst Job Kenya
  • Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints
  • Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
  • Provide pricing and delivery information
  • Perform customer verifications
  • Set up new customer accounts
  • Process orders, forms, applications and requests
  • Organize workflow to meet customer timeframes
  • Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
  • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints
  • Record details of actions taken
  • Prepare and distribute customer activity reports
  • Maintain customer databases
  • Manage administration
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
  • Follow up on customer interactions
  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
Education & Experience: Business Development / Client Service Analyst Job Kenya
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field with a 2nd class upper division
  • At least a B+ in KCSE
  • At least 1-2 years of work experience in client service and front office

  • Good oral and written English communication skills
  • Good interpersonal, planning and organization skills
  • Demonstrated attention to details
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Strong presentation and reporting skills
