Savvy Management Consult Ltd seeks to recruit the above position for our client for the position of an Export Manager

Minimum Requirements

Skills, Knowledge and Qualification

  • Good knowledge of the beverage export market and regulations
  • Excellent Business intelligence skills for identifying various market dynamics
  • Possesses strong marketing skills with ability to establish and maintain relationships with various stakeholders
  • Good negotiation skills and ability to close deals
  • Updated knowledge of the changes in the export market and regulations that would impact the business
  • Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
  • Above 5 years’ experience in export market and auction process with a bias in beverage market  


Job Specification

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop export market with various regions identified and carry out contract packing as per business partner’s requirements.
  • Design and implement all export strategies and activities and ensure adherence to the requirements
  • Administer export of goods and ensure compliance to all company policies and procedures and manage all communication with export authorities for all required countries.
  • Continuously identify new export markets and the trends in the various regions for growth in the export business line
  • Prepare all export documents within the required timeframe and schedule appropriate transportation method in liaison with customers.
  • Design sales strategies according to customer requirement and collaborate with National Sales Manager to prepare budget for projects.
  • Coordinate with management and plan to participation in trade shows for creating company brand awareness.
  • Follow up on contracts with business partners across the region for effective export and distribution of company products
  • Identify the key business frontiers for export of products for discussion with management and product competitiveness in the external markets
  • Prepare effective business plan to achieve required product volume and profit levels and organize market plans to suit customer requirements and monitor all specific transactions of customers across the regions of export.
  • Monitor all sales transactions and review all customer response for all orders and payments and resolve all customer issues within set timelines.
  • Manage sales shipments of all export products and collaborate with suppliers to ensure smooth movement of products and forecast the requirements and market cycles
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with all clients and perform regular communication with all staff and clients.
  • Administer all existing clients and ensure optimal level of marketing strategies and maintain optimal level of customer satisfaction
  • Ensure the special labels for brands are prepared as per customer needs
  • Coordinate with Finance department to ensure all financial requirements are met before shipment and logistics for export activities and prepare required documents and prepare special labels for brands and ensure adherence to all shipping schedule.
