For an Audit, Tax & Consultancy service firm

 Required; Marketing Experience in a Professional service firm.

Our Client is a firm of certified public accountants offering Audit, Tax and Specialist Consultancy Services.

The overall responsibilities of the job holder will build the company brand and increase the client base and portfolio using both traditional and digital marketing.

Position holder reports to The Managing Director.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

The job holder will be required to apply both Traditional and Digital marketing methods.

  1. Traditional Marketing Methods
    1. Analyze our services to understand what motivates our customers and develop relevant strategies to achieve the overall marketing goals.
    2. Frequently conducting market surveys by getting feedback from our clients to improve our services and brand visibility.
    3. Scheduling and meeting our clients and potential customers and distributing brochures and other promotional items.
    4. Scheduling meetings to give presentations about the company and the services.
    5. Liaise with the partners to conduct workshops & seminars for our clients and potential customers.
    6. Promote and protect the image of the company, its products and policies
  2. Digital Marketing Methods.
    1. Email marketing; inform our clients and potential customers’ about our services.
    2. Posting about our services on the social media; Twitter, LinkedIn, ++Facebook, and Instagram. Develop relevant content through the basis of the social media and email strategy. Engage and use SEO to get to the top of the google page.
    3. Planning and organizing Webinars, podcasts and short videos in agreement with the partners on relevant topics of discussion and target audience and sharing them through the digital channel.
  3. Sales Activities
    1. Make cold calls and schedule to meet the clients and introduce our services.
    2. Respond to email sales inquiries promptly.
    3. Write proposals to the client and have them approved by the managing director before sending.
    4. Follow up on the status of the proposals.

Key requirements.

  1. A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Equivalent.
  2. A minimum of three years of marketing experience in a professional service firm.

 Personal skills and attributes required.

  1. Self-motivated and be able to work with minimal supervision
  2. Able to prioritize work, multi-task and meet deadlines
  3. Excellent organizational and planning skills, detail-oriented.
  4. Excellent presentation and organization skills
  5. Basic knowledge of graphic design.
  6. Knowledge of digital marketing.
