Salu solutions is a well-established industrial / domestic cleaning service and renewable energy provider. We are about developing longstanding partnership and relationships with our employee, customers and operatives as we work with them to find solutions to their problems.

We are looking for an experienced and competitive Field Sales Representative to join our team. As our Field Sales Representative, you will develop sales strategies and be responsible for attracting new customers. You will investigate and find new sales opportunities and close deals.

Field Sales Representative duties and responsibilities

  • Use of various sales methods (door-to-door, cold calling, presentations, follow-up calls etc)
  • Develop new sales strategies and models relevant to cleaning and renewable energy
  • Evaluate sales strategies’ effectiveness through data analysis and interpretation
  • Evaluate customers needs and patterns
  • Build long lasting customer relationships
  • Meet personal and team sales targets
  • Attend meetings, sales events and training
  • Report and provide feedback to management using financial statistical data
  • Manage your client database within your assigned territory

Field Sales Representative requirements and qualifications

  • 3 years of experience in sales
  • Proven record of personal quota (reference letter, performance certificate)
  • Experience working with Office 365 CRM or similar Excel CRM
  • Experience working with Asana/Click up/Trello or similar workflow solutions
  • Knowledge of different sales techniques and pipeline management
  • Microsoft Word and Excel report writing skills
  • Computer use competency- Above average, preferably tech savvy
  • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on Salu’s success
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills-Solutions oriented, adviser to the company
  • Team player;
  • Great time-management skills
  • Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Self motivated and driven
  • Sales and marketing Diploma or equivalent
